"I had just moved into my newly built home and had some spaces that I wondered if I could convert them into having more functional uses. The first space was on the main floor and I wanted to convert it into a home office area, by having a desk, since I worked from home and book shelves to store all my books. A second space was a small area in one of the bedrooms. I suspected that a custom built solution would be more than I could afford but wanted to get a quote from some professional services, none the less.

I contacted Smart Closet Designs and a few other similar businesses, in order to compare solutions and cost. I compared the different solutions and costs. It was quite an easy decision to go with Smart Closet Designs. For one, I was quite impressed with their Designer/ Sales Rep, Ioana - she listened, paid attention to details and provided valuable suggestions. Throughout the selling process, at no time did I ever feel pressured to make the purchase, as I did with some of the other companies. Instead, Ioana took the time to correspond with me several times, until I was happy with designs that I liked. I also found that price quite reasonable.

During installation I was also impressed with their Installer Mauricio, who was quite professional and extremely pleasant.

My experience with Smart Closet Design was a 10+ from the initial consultation to the detailed 3-D drawings, & the minimum wait time & finally the installation process itself.
Lucy designed a walk-in closet for us out of a small bedroom and just recently we had a home office installed that she designed.
Both projects have added value to our property.
The materials used were really a durable quality & her installation team led by Mauricio was skilled, courteous & respectful of our home. They cleaned up nicely & even designed some matching vent covers for the two rooms.
Last but not least, the prices were the best that I was able to find; especially since some of the equipment such as upgraded hanging rods are standard equipment with this company.
